My son and daughter and inseparable. Who would imagine that my son, who struggled with his little sister's entry into our family a mere 2 1/2 weeks ago, would be begging to take Jiliang everywhere he goes. She thinks her big brother is a hero. He lifts her up to brush her teeth, helps her put on her shoes. Right now, they are creating works of art on the easel in his bedroom. Three weeks ago, he was tormented her presence and vowed, "She cannot use my easel, Mom." They garden together, look for bugs together, vacuum together, play with tools together, color and paint together, ride bikes, play with tractors, build, jump, play ball, and just about anything else together.
It's great for me too. I have actually found time to clean, read and type on the computer. :) When they actually start to bicker, as most siblings do, that is my sign that they need to go to bed.
